Is Candlevine an Australian Company?

Yes, Candlevine is proudly Australian owned and operated. We are based in Melbourne Victoria. Our A.B.N is 196 448 112 81

 

Does Candlevine deliver Internationally?

Unfortunately no, we only ship orders within Australia at this time. 

 

What shipping service do you use?

We use Sendle & Australia Post to ship our products.

Sendle is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. That means we get your goods where they are going while taking care of the planet.

 

How long before I get my order?

All our orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, usually this happens the same day you place your order.  Don’t worry we will send you a email to let you know when its on the way with the tracking details. We know you will be excited to get your Candlevine candle! 

 

I’m sending my candle as a gift, can I get it gift wrapped?

Absolutely! We offer gift wrapping and even include a personalised card FREE of charge. Just let us know you’re sending the candle as gift at the time you add it to your cart. (tick the box “I’m sending as a gift”) 

 

Can I purchase a Candlevine gift voucher?

Of course you can! Our gift vouchers come in $20, $50 & $100 denominations and are available for purchase from our online store. Candlevine gift vouchers do not expire and can be used for any Candlevine product available on our online store.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up to the point it is despatched. No questions asked.
Our orders are usually dispatched very quickly so to cancel the order, please contact us immediately by emailing info@candlevine.com.au before the order has left our control.

After the order is dispatched and if you still do not want the product/s you will need to accept delivery and return the order to us in accordance with our refund & returns policy.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

Unwanted or unused items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

Please email info@candlevine.com.au provided a proof of purchase can be supplied.

If your order arrives damaged please provide a photo to info@candlevine.com.au so we can investigate and organise an exchange or refund. 

Any Candlevine product deemed to be 'Broken/Faulty' and within the returns time frame, may be exchanged or refunded, provided proof of purchase can be supplied.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

 

Do Candlevine test products on animals?

No. We would never test our products or our raw materials used in manufacturing on any animal.

 

What wax does Candlevine use?

Candlevine hand pours thousands of candles every year using one of the best soy wax products on the market.  Made from 100% natural, plant-based products and containing contains hydrated soya oil and unique vegetable sourced additive the soy wax we use yields a creamy soy finish you will see when you first un-package our product…. It’s nothing short of remarkable! 

 

What is the burn time of a Candlevine Candle?

Our candles burn time ranges depending on the size of candle.
We list the approximate burn time of each candle on the product page. This is however an approximate time as many factors effect the burn time such as where you place the candle.
i.e. draughts can reduce the burn time 

Never burn a Candlevine candle for longer than 3 hours at a time. 

 

Can Candlevine candles be used outdoors?

No. Our range of candles are all designed to be used indoors.
